With our 12 mile charity walk getting closer, we’re back on the scales and properly getting into our walk training. It’s been a bit up and down if we’re honest, but we’re starting to build some momentum and figure out what it’s actually going to take to get through it.
We talk weight loss, walking for fitness and how easy it is to fall in and out of routine, especially when life gets in the way.
There’s also a trip to a TMNT cinema event, a couple of comedy shows, and everything else that’s been going on alongside trying to get ourselves ready for the challenge.
A mix of progress, honesty and figuring it out as we go.
