Welcome to The Middle-aged Bodcast, hosted by Raging Rich and T.A. Shelano. We’re from Birmingham, England and have been best friends for almost 25 years. The Bodcast is a light-hearted take of the ups and downs that come with navigating being 40+. We talk fitness, mental wellbeing, DIY disasters and trying to cook something more substantial than beans on toast.

We want the show to be as relatable as possible, it’s not about giving the perfect advice on getting through mid-life, it’s about taking what wins you can get and also learning from your mistakes.
