Rich finally gets out for his first proper walk as we build towards our 12 mile charity fund raiser, while T.A. takes on some DIY, which ended up taking funnier twists and turns than a Carry On film.
We’re also back on the scales with another weigh-in, and Rich talks about a post work meet up at the Desi Yew Tree in Wolverhampton, and it’s very odd location in the city.
